Ya gotta start somewhere...

Not sure how to start, so here we go....  I'm a 30-something, bisexual, mother of 2 year old twins, in a 16 year long relationship with my college sweetheart. I've been thinking of creating a blog for quite some time, but didn't know how to get started. My title comes from a conversation I had with my supervisor and co-worker about trying to figure out how to be a good mom, and a good employee at the same time.
